Up to £35,000 p/a DoE | 37.5 Hours - Days | Great Benefits & L+D
A leading Oxfordshire hospital currently requires an experienced RGN or ODP with a background in PACU/Recovery to work as Recovery Sister/Charge Nurse.
The hospital provides a range of predominantly elective surgical procedures including plastics and cosmetics, oncology and paediatric surgery and provides a fantastic patient experience.
Details of this Recovery Sister/Charge Nurse RGN/ODP vacancy and what the hospital is offering:

As Recovery Sister/Charge Nurse, you will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the post-anaesthetic care team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety and will actively participate in the delivery of clinical care. The role will also involve playing a key role in service development and quality improvement, along with supporting the team in their professional development.
What we are looking for:
• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or HCPC registered Theatre Practitioner/ODP
• Experienced in a senior role within a Recovery/PACU environment, with some HDU experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective leadership skills
• Evidence of continuing professional development including ALS, ideally in addition to approved training/studies in recovery/PACU
• Able to lead, coach and mentor a team
• Awareness of financial management, HR procedures and procurement
