Job Setting
This large care provider has a modern, three-storey facility in the Hayes area. A medium sized service with 64 beds caters for the elderly, they provide specialist care for those with Dementia, Alzheimer's and disabilities or for those with palliative needs.

All rooms are en-suite and are freshly decorated. Allowing residents to bring items of personal furnishings to the home to make their room familiar and comfortable. The home has a number of communal areas for personal or group enjoyment and the multi-cultural care team work together to adapt to any needs of the residents.

The home's focus is to deliver high standards of personalised care to those living within the home, which is often praised for being a warm and friendly environment and where residents are supported in their personal choices, hobbies and interests.

Nurse Skills and Responsibilities

• Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
• Wound management
• Administering oxygen
• Putting together treatment plans
• Overseeing a team of care assistants
• Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Nurse Requirements

• Hold a relevant nursing qualification
• Be registered with the NMC
• Have satisfactory references
• Have the right to work in the UK
