A small private nursing home in Bacup is looking to recruit a qualifed RGN or RMN to work as Staff Nurse on a part-time, permanent basis.

The home is fully CQC compliant and provides round the clock care and support to older people living with dementia and learning disabilities.

Details of this RGN/RMN Staff Nurse position and what the home is offering:

• A permanent contract to work 24 hours per week

• Days or Nights

• Depending on experience, the home offers industry leading pay rates from £16 to £17 per hour, which is the equivalent to NHS Band 6 rates

• Paid Breaks

• Onsite parking

• Close to local transport links

As Staff Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications, in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.

What we are looking for in a RGN/RMN Staff Nurse:

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Qualied Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN Nurses will be considered

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Kind, caring and compassionate nature with a passion for providing high quality care

• Confident managing care plans and medications
