Job Specification:

Practice Nurse

Kirkby and Huyton

Rate: £25p/hr

Specifics, Duties, & Requirements:

- This will be a contract with Aston Healthcare; we have worked with this client for years now and everyone really enjoys their time working with them.

- You will be required to administer the vaccine during your sessions for the patients of surgeries across Knowsley; you will be fully supported within shifts.

- You must have completed all relevant COVID-19 training(s) and be up-to-date with Vaccs/Imms training.

- TWO PNs are required, 1 at each site.

- You will be based at the One Stop Shop in Kirkby and Huyton.

Dates:

This service will be rolled out for 3 months initially, with the likelihood to extend further.

Feb: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; 8, 9, 10, 11, 12; 15, 16, 17, 18, 19; 22, 23, 24, 25, 26

Mar: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; 8, 9, 10, 11, 12; 15, 16, 17, 18, 19; 22, 23, 24, 25, 26; 29, 30, 31

Apr: 1; 6, 7, 8, 9; 12, 13, 14, 15, 16; 19, 20, 21, 22, 23; 26, 27, 28, 29, 30

Ideally, they would like someone who could do the 5 days a week for continuity, please let us know your availability.

Hours: 08:00am – 14:00pm OR 14:00pm – 08:00pm.

The option for 12-hour shifts is not yet available, unless support is needed.
