Job Specification:

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

WA10 GP Surgery

System: Emis

Rate: £40p/hr

Specifics:

- Lovely 2500-patient surgery

- Appointments will be a mixture of telephone triage and F2F appointments, blocked off to book yourself or triaged beforehand

- PPE provided

- No home visits

- Free parking on site

Dates:

JAN: 27th, 28th, 29th

FEB: 3rd, 4th, 5th; 10th, 11th;17th, 18th; 24th 25th

MAR: 3rd, 4th; 10th, 11th; 17th, 18th; 24th, 25th, 31st

Hours:

Weds = AM only

Thurs = PM only
