A Staff Nurse vacancy has arisen in a small private nursing home in the Honiton area.

The fully CQC compliant home caters to older adults with a range of 24 hour care needs including age related frailties and dementia.

Details of the Staff Nurse role and what the successful candidate will receive:

• Full or part time hours available on a permanent contract

• Days only

• Excellent hourly rates of £17 plus paid breaks

• Workplace pension

• After 12 months service your NMC fees will be paid

• Free uniform, parking and meals on duty

Duties for this Staff Nurse role will include medication management and administration, leading care assistants in the delivery of person-centred care and ensuring care documentation is up to date. Assist the primary nurse in completing client admissions/discharge forms and organise formal staff appraisals.

Applicants for this Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria:

• Up to date NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• At least 1 year’s post registration experience
