£40,000 - £45,000 p/a – Band 7 Equivalent | FT Days | Small Nursing Home – Good CQC

An experienced RGN or RMN with a background in elderly care is required to lead a 30+ bedded private nursing home in Wellington.

Details of this Nursing Home Manager position and what the home is offering:

• A permanent contract to work full-time days, usually working weekday days but with some flexibility required due to the seniority of the post

• A great annual salary of £40,000 to £45,000 which is in line with NHS Band 7 rates

• Free meals on shift and onsite parking

As Nurse Home Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn’t compromise on quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.

What the home is looking for in a CQC Registered Manager:

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN

• Either experienced or this role is ideal for someone looking to make their first step into Home Management as a lot of support is provided

• A strong leader and able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home

• Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets
