A large Primary care centre in Maidenhead is currently looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis where they have great opportunities available for skill development and career progression. They have around 15,000 patients on their list, with a large Nursing team to match, and an additional 7 HCAs to support, 5 Salaried GPs and a Clinical Pharmacist. Which such a wide variety of staff the level of support, experience and knowledge you will obtain is outstanding.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Chronic Diseases
• Cytology
• Child Immunisations
• Travel Immunisations
• Dressings & Wound Care
• Vaccinations

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience with over 65s

Working shifts will be 08:30-11:30 or 15:00-18:00 and the ideal candidate will be confident in working autonomously with a strong desire to provide excellent care.
