One of the UK’s leading care groups currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN to work as Unit Manager in their large nursing home in Wythenshawe.

Details of this Unit Manager vacancy and what the home is offering:

• 44 hours per week on day shifts

In this role, you will coordinate, manage and monitor the clinical services in your unit, maintaining high standards of care and ensuring the holistic needs of service users are met.

What we are looking for:

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN

• Experienced in a UK nursing home or long-term care setting

• Confident assessing service users and coordinating care

• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams
