Chase Medical is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a GP practice in the outskirts of Farnham.

Easily accessible, with on-site parking, this Health Centre offers a variety of patient services and is looking for an equally diverse and experienced Practice Nurse to join them.

The current team is long serving and a close knit group. Ideally looking for a candidate who can offer the usual Treatment Room skills, they'd also be keen for applicants who can offer an array of Chronic Disease experience though you don't have to be qualified to diploma level.

On offer in return includes: 15-20 hours per week, flexible working, NHS pension, 5 weeks annual leave + BH, indemnity, free on-site parking!
