Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in Cardiff? Leaders In Care is recruiting an experienced Deputy Staff Manager to run our client's luxurious care centre based in Cardiff, and this full-time post attracts a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 a year.

The successful candidate will already be a senior staff nurse or deputy home manager and will work fully supernumerary to support our client's senior management and care team. If you are a registered nurse and are a deputy manager or have experience of managing and developing care teams within an elderly care environment, you would be an excellent fit for this role.

In return for your dedication and commitment, you will receive up to £45,000 pa, working 40 hrs per week, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Please note: flexible working may be required where you occasionally work outside of regular hours. You'll also receive enhanced annual leave and bank holidays, a pension contribution plus development opportunities.

To qualify for this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years' shift leadership and management in a care home, and hold a current NMC registration (RN/RGN, RMN or RNLD), as well as a Dementia Qualification for dementia care homes. You will also need to demonstrate strong clinical experience plus a solid commercial understanding of running an elderly care centre.
