We are recruiting several experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our team at Grove Park, The Linkway, Brighton.

About the Role:
You will work within our warm and supportive 18-bedded mental health unit, split across a 9-bed Acute ward and a 9-bed Specialist Complex Mental Health and ASD Rehab Ward. As an experienced RMN, you will ensure all patients in the service receive outstanding care while supporting your colleagues and promoting a positive, nurturing team environment.
This role involves shift work on a rota basis including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing care
  • Support patients with mental health recovery and wellbeing goals
  • Administer and monitor medication safely
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Foster a respectful, collaborative workplace culture

Skills and Knowledge You Will Have:

  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration

Location: Grove Park, The Linkway, Brighton
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available (shift work including days, nights, and weekends)
