Job Ad: We're Hiring A Nurse To Become A Coach

Can you imagine helping to develop the careers of other nurses? We're hiring someone to help our growing coaching service. If you’re a Nurse or Midwife and think you have the ability to motivate and engage others, we’d love to hear from you.

We feel privileged and fortunate to have created a Clinical Career Program which is helping clinicians to have the time to feel seen, heard and valued.

It has grown quickly and we are looking to hire a nurse or midwife who would like to join us coaching.

This is not a full time position. But it may develop into that, in time.

About Our Coaching Academy

Our 1-2-1 coaching services are run by our coaching lead, Nikki, here at Nurses.co.uk. These 1-2-1 coaching services are part of our Coaching Academy.

We launched our Coaching Academy in March 2022 to our first customer, NHS ICS Devon.

Since then we have helped over 100 nurses and HCSWs in the NHS and the private sector develop themselves, their career pathways, and stay in role - happier and thriving.

Wellbeing, professional and personal growth is at the heart of this work.

We’re Hiring A New Coach - You Must Be A Nurse or Midwife

Our work is being so well received by organisations that we are in a position to build.

We would like to hear from Nurses and Midwives interested in helping us deliver coaching in the future.
