Thank you all for your amazing response to this. We've had over 50 applications for this and have now closed the application process.

Can you imagine helping to develop the careers of other nurses? We're hiring someone to help our growing coaching service. If you’re a Nurse or Midwife and think you have the ability to motivate and engage others, we’d love to hear from you.
We feel privileged and fortunate to have created a Clinical Career Program which is helping clinicians to have the time to feel seen, heard and valued.
It has grown quickly and we are looking to hire a nurse or midwife who would like to join us coaching.
This is not a full time position. But it may develop into that, in time.

About this contributor
Nurses.co.uk Founder
I launched Nurses.co.uk (and subsequently Socialcare.co.uk, Healthjobs.co.uk and Healthcarejobs.ie) in 2008. 500 applications are made every day via our jobs boards, helping to connect hiring organisations recruiting for clinical, medical, care and support roles with specialist jobseekers. Our articles, often created by our own audience, shine a light on the career pathways in healthcare, and give a platform to ideas and opinions around their work and jobs.
