In this quick video, Student Nurse, Alexandria, stresses the importance taking study breaks and getting that much needed Vitamin D.
Hi guys, it's Alexandria Grace, one of the creators for nurses.co.uk.
If you are a nursing student, like me, who is studying from home, you know how boring it can be.
You know how hard it can be to motivate yourself.
So I'm just here to remind you to make sure that you take your breaks and you take them effectively.
Make sure that you're going for walks on your break.
You're getting some vitamin D outside. You're speaking to people, whether that be in your household or virtually.
Just make sure that you're doing things that aren't related to uni and keep doing things that you enjoy to just help you get through this time, because it can be really isolating.
And it's important to do things that will make your body feel good.
