I think care monitoring has a place with social care. We must never let intrude on people's dignity orprivacy. but I think one of the things that it really does help us to undersand is that we have been critical incidents

I mean the benefits from larger providers are well known, but smaller providers, it can really improve effiencies, It can inmprove outcomes.

I would say to anybody who's in the waiting room, get yourself at the front of that bus and start thinking strategically. One thing I do think government could do though, it'd be really great. If government provided a technology investment and innovation fund for social care, it doesn't need to be enormous, but it would really help people move the agenda forward.
