Student Nurse, Alexandria, drops a little reminder to look after your mental health during these times of uncertainty.
Hi guys, it's Alexandria Grace, one of the creators, for Nurses.co.uk.
As we all know, at the moment in the UK, we have been in and out of lockdown.
And I just think it's really important that everyone is taking care of their own mental health and looking out for others.
Because like before we're in a time of a lot of uncertainty.
The restrictions are constantly changing, and it's very anxiety inducing.
Especially later on in the year when it starts getting darker, or getting colder, it can be a time where a lot of people can feel very isolated.
Whether you are a student or qualified, please just remember that it is okay to reach out to external resources, to mental health charities, to your GP.
If need be, if you need support, and always remember to look out for everyone and talk to people you trust, if you need to because it's important to look after yourself, as well as other people
Don't neglect yourself.
Don't neglect your mental health and stay safe.
