Kim, a San Franciscan ER nurse, had been blogging for a whopping 8 years about her life and work and she's got a lovely writing style. You're really there along with her experiencing her trials and tribulations.

Her recent post about management taking away the Half & Half (a US milk product) for patients and nurses (but not the doctors and office staff, funnily enough) was especially amusing.

This one isn't for the faint-of-heart or the prim and proper. Hood Nurse swears, she's blunt and she's straightforward.

But she isn't pretentious or shy and she takes you along with her as she reflects on the more pressing nonsense her career bestows upon her.
