Our client is a leading healthcare provider offering high quality care to older people. They are a well-established and innovative organisation, and have an active staff development programme and a commitment to excellence.
They require a professional and clinically excellent RGN nurse manager for their total care living centre comprising independent apartments and a 20bed rehabilitation nursing centre caring for NHS and self referring patients from the community.

As the Registered Manager you will lead the team providing intermediate care services within this nursing centre and be the professional nurse leader, working two days each week on clinical duties. You must be a Registered Nurse and skilled clinical leader with management experience either in the residential care sector or in rehabilitation. A commitment to quality and an excellent working knowledge of the essential standards of quality and safety are also crucial.
