Team Leader. You will be a RN or RMN with good clinical skills, experience in care of the elderly and the elderly mentally frail, and a proven track record in leading and motivating a busy team effectively. One of three full-time Team Leaders, you will be leading a team of qualified nurses and carers to develop the service.
