Rate: £ 8 to £ 9 - Per Hour

Job Status: Permanent

Experienced Senior support worker required to work with adults whom have an acquired brain injury.

You are required to support and assist the service users to maximise their independence whilst ensuring social inclusion back into their own community.

You MUST possess a minimum of one year’s experience of working with this service group or disabilities.

You will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and non verbal whilst having a clear understanding of the challenges facing this vulnerable service group.

About this company

At Operations Resources we supply a variety of Nursing and Care staff to both the private and state sector.

Our service is broadly divided into two sections:- Operational and Management

This ranges on the Operations side from simple care personnel through RGNs to Head of Care. We also have operational people with experience of specific need types such as Alzheimer's and Dementia.

On the Management side we have candidates with strong Administration experience within Hospital, Health Authority, PCT or private groups.

We can supply people on both a permanent or contract basis paying the worker weekly. We also supply ancillary staff for the Welfare sector such as cleaners, cooks, drivers etc through our general recruitment division.
