Care Home Manager – Derbyshire – 35K + 10K bonus

Our client is a leading supplier of care services and provide support for older people through a national network of residential and nursing care homes and community services. The friendly dual registered 40bed home with dementia care is situated in the Brinsley area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.

We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be RGN/RMN qualified with a minimum of two years management experience within a similar environment.
