Registered Midwives are urgently needed for their Midwifery Department. This hospital is managing the current healthcare requirements of the region whilst also preparing itself for the predicted healthcare needs of the region in the future. The hospital offers specialised treatment in a number of areas, such as Cardiology, Dentistry, Gynaecology, Trauma to name a few. The hospital has a multi-cultural workforce, with specialist from all over the world. This is reflective through the outstanding and world-class care offered.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science OR Diploma in Nursing from a recognised Nursing Institute. In addition, the applicant must have specific midwifery training during or following completion of their degree/diploma.
Proof of valid registration as a Registered Midwife from the home country or an international recognised body.
Minimum five years experience after graduation preferably in a private hospital.
Proven clinical competence in a maternity unit.
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work effectively within a team.
Able to work effectively within a team.
Ability to function effectively under pressure.
Able to promote excellence in patient care through mentoring and quality management.
English language proficiency is a must and Arabic language is a definite advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
