Registered Manager – Coddington – 27-30K

Our client is a health and social care provider who specialise in providing residential and community care services for people with learning disabilities and adults with mental health needs. Our services cover the areas of Surrey, Essex, Kent and The Midlands areas.

They are currently seeking an experienced registered manager for their 6 bed service in the Coddington area of Newark that provides care for adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems. Your main role as manager will be to ensure the unit provides the highest levels of care and support to service users and ensure CSCI standards are met and maintained. You will be expected to market and develop the service by dealing with outside agencies along with new referrals and assessments.

You will need to be NVQ4/RMA qualified or hold a registered nursing qualification, along with a minimum of one years experience in a similar role. In return you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and flexible working environment.
