Quality Assurance Manager - £40-£43k - London

Our client, a leading provider of healthcare services, has around 18,000services for more than 30,000people across the UK. They work in partnership with local authorities, outside organisations and residents to create safe, sustainable communities. We are currently seeking a highly experienced quality assurance manager to oversee the auditing and quality policies for their 16 residential services.

You will be based mainly be based in the London area but you will need to be flexible and able to travel to homes in the West Midlands region on a monthly basis. Main duties of the newly created role will be to visit each service on a monthly basis and carry out quality assurance audits and identify areas of improvements for each service prior to CSCI inspections. You will work closely with home and regional managers to ensure improvement recommendations are carried out and maintained to ensure that services levels are being upheld in line with company policies.

Ideal candidate will be highly experienced in residential care management and quality assurance, have excellent problem solving and organisation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
