UK Healthcare Professionals is currently recruiting an Outpatient Manager for a hospital based in Hythe, Kent
This hospital is part of one of the largest private healthcare operators in the UK, treating close to 1 million patients each year. Staff are supported throughout their employment with the opportunity for professional and personal development.
The Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Outpatient Manager to lead the out-patient team, developing service and ensuring quality care is provided to patients. The candidate will assume all management responsibilities within the department demonstrating excellent clinical leadership.
The Candidate:
The successful candidates will be a fully registered and qualified RGN who has worked at manager level in an outpatient setting previously. You must have experience of developing staff/acting as a mentor in addition to analysing volumes of clinical data

Additional Information:
Positions are offered full time based on 37.5 hours per week. All applicants must have current NMC registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Successful applications will be subject to CRB disclosure.
