The Company
Large nationwide group with a reputation of excellent standards of care is looking for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a Wiltshire based nursing home registered for Elderly and Dementia service users.

The Role
The post will involve all aspects of assisting the manager in running this medium sized home. This will include care planning, risk assessment, assessment of service users, recruitment and training as well as being heavily involved in delivering hands on care. You will be responsible for ensuring that the standard of care delivered is of an excellent level and that all CQC requirements are consistently met.

The Person
You must be a qualified nurse with experience of delivering nursing care to Elderly / Dementia users. You will either be a senior staff nurse ready for the next step up or an experienced deputy manager. You must have up to date knowledge of CQC regulations.
