Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking for a Nursing Home Manager for a largeelderly frail nursing home near Romsey, Hampshire. The home is part of a family owned organisation that has now been well established for over 20years and currently has approximately 10homes within the group.It is an excellent opportunity to join a select organisation that really cares!

We are looking for a Home Manager who is a Registered Nurse (this can be either General Nursing (ideal) or Mental Health Nursing Qualification. The Home Manager must be a Registered Nurse who has prior nursing home management experience! This home is excellently run with hands on support from operations managers , so it would also be an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Home Manager who is looking for the next step up on the career ladder.The home is situated in Hampshire and we are looking for someone who can develop long term with this client.

The home is quite large but is receiving excellent reports as do all the homes within this group . This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional yet caring organisation that look after all there staff . They will also look at a Deputy Home Manager who is ready for the next step up on the career ladder.

The home is for elderly frail and dementia residents so a genuine commitment to care of the elderly is essential!!!!

Salary is circa £40,000+ Pension and Healthcare scheme are available.
