Our client is a leading independent provider of care to elderly service users across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Home Manager (RGN or RMN) for a newly-opening 65 bedded General Nursing and EMI Care home in Cookstown, County Tyrone.

Main purpose of the role:

-To oversee the care of residents within the Care Home.
-To take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Care Home
-The marketing of the home
-Occupancy levels
-To ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales.

Applicants must have a strong background in Nursing Home management.

The post has a negotiable salary.
