Nursing Home Manager
Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join prestigious nursing home based in Dorchester, Dorset. Our client is keen to hire an experienced nursing home manager or deputy manager looking for a step up.
This is a lovely, modern nursing home with elderly residents requiring residential and nursing care. This is a well-respected nursing and residential home with a good team of nurses and carers. All nursing and care staff are well trained and focused towards delivering the very best care to their residents.
The nursing home manager will oversee a home that provides nursing, residential and dementia care for elderly residents. Our client is looking for a highly motivated nursing home manager / deputy manager with strong leadership skills to lead a team and implement continuous improvement in the home. Deputy Managers looking for a step up will be considered.
As the successful nursing home manager you will be required to manage the nursing home and undertake operational responsibility of the services and provide leadership of teams of nurses and carers. My client is looking for an experienced, innovative and dynamic home manager / deputy manager / nurse manager / care home manager with a proven track record in leadership and management within an elderly care setting. You will be a highly motivated individual with a high level of personal drive and commitment to achieving the company's objectives.
The successful nursing home manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Experience managing in an elderly care home
-Nursing home manager / care home manager / deputy manager
-Private elderly healthcare management experience
-Financial management skills
-People management skills
-Care planning / training nursing teams
-Up-to-date knowledge of CQC legislation and standards of practice
The care home provider is a small care and nursing home group with homes throughout southern England. This position will be suitable for: Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Home Manager, Nurse Manager, Care Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager.
