Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 40, Monday - Friday 9.am - 5.pm, Mixture of Clinical & Supernumerary time!
Time recruitment are proud to announce that one of the UK's largest independent healthcare providers is currently seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN) or (RMN) qualified who has excellent clinical skills, for one of their well-established care homes located near Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.
The service is 52 bedded and provides care for people who require specialist nursing needs, dementia care, and physical disabilities, palliative care and respite care.
The services latest CQC is excellent scoring "GOOD" on all areas and makes some very positive comments on care and staffing levels.
As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play an important part in the day to day running of the home. We are looking for a motivated and inspirational Deputy Nurse Manager, who has the ability to influence, engage, and exercise leadership throughout the team with an open communication style. We need somebody who is able to deliver a high standard of resident care and drive results within the elderly care setting
