Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum / £14.35 - £15.89 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week
Bonus: Annual bonus provided.
Hours: Full Time - 37.5

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Registered Nurse who will take the post as Team Leader within the Inpatient Ward. The successful post holder will be designated to assist the department in the absence of the Matron. The post holder will ensure the effective management of the theatre complex. Managing the team to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all peri- operative nursing care activities carried out comply with relevant legislation and Company policies and procedures. You will be Designated to take charge of the ward regularly in the absence of the Ward Manager. To ensure that the care, welfare, safety and comfort of all patients is of the highest possible standard. To be responsible for the admission of any new patient to the centre including establishment of a good mutual relationship completing all relevant documentation - identify and introduce named nurse/key worker. To liaise with members of the medical and associated professions and ensure that prescribed or recommended treatment is carried out.
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Inpatient Team Leader position to be in possession of a valid NMC PIN with no restrictions and a clear DBS check. It is a must that the applicant must have at least 2 years at a senior level within nursing and Has taken an active leadership role in promoting, developing and sustaining the key focus areas for nursing. Experience of effectively managing a team within the private sector. Experience with the Inpatient ward setting is crucial to be successful within this post. Proficient at calculating drug doses. Ability to present articulate reasoned discussion. Ability to problem solve. Evidence of personal and professional development. Up to date sound clinical knowledge. You must display caring and compassionate as a professional and be a team player always.
