    Deputy Manager (RGN, RMN) - Elderly Nursing Home - £40,000!

    This company has an unquestionable reputation for high quality of care which they feel is a reflection of the passionate and dedicated staff they employ. The company has well over 200 homes across the UK and in the last 5 years have created over 10 state of the art, purpose built homes, including small community villages.

    This particular role is for a beautiful and carefully designed nursing home in a Grade II listed building based in Newport, Isle of Wight. The elderly nursing home provides high quality care and is registered for 60 service users. The elderly nursing home provides specialist care for the elderly frail including dementia, general nursing and physical disabilities. The home is currently rated as 'Good' by the CQC.

    This Deputy Manager role requires;
    A Registered Nurse with a clear and valid NMC pin (RGN or RMN)
    Evidence of continued professional development
    Experience working with the elderly and dementia care
    A full and clear understanding of CQC guidelines and regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical Guidelines)
    Previous leadership experience
    You will be clinically sound with excellent communication skills
