Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse for a Clinical Lead role in a nursing home in Leicester.
The home comprises four separate care homes with nursing. Offering care to those who have needs associated with old age, physical disability, mental health and dementia. The Social Centre and twenty-four cottages in the grounds whose occupants can enjoy a high level of support delivered direct to their own homes at any time of the day or night.

Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse for a Clinical Lead role, working 37.5 hours on a rolling rota, 1 week - mon/tue/sat/sun and then wed/thu/fri. The salary is £33,088. The shift times are 8am - 8pm.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Active NMC PIN
Experience in nursing the elderly/dementia
You will be planning, managing, directing and monitoring the delivery of the highest quality nursing care. You will take great pride in upholding the highest clinical standards, you'll make sure your team of nurses and carers keep abreast of all the latest developments in care.
At the heart of all you do will be the assessment of the physical, psychological and social needs of all your residents - and the implementation of the person-centered plans that meet those needs. Whether you're planning rotas, recruiting, training and mentoring staff, helping co-ordinate comprehensive daily activity plans, or building strong relationships with local regulators and social services, you'll ensure your unit goes from strength to strength. Stringent quality control will be key too, as you ensure the unit is complying with the NMC guidelines on administration of medicine, meeting safeguarding regulations and keeping records scrupulously.
