Work as a Clinical Lead Nurse for a well-established, complex care home in Redhill, Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse to work for a specialised care provider with an excellent reputation in the area.
The Home caters for adults aged 18+ with physical disabilities and neurological conditions such as Huntington's, brain injury, MS, Spinal injuries and / or palliative care needs.
The Service is fully compliant with CQC and has been rated as 'Good' in all areas.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate RGN Registered Nurse to join this highly successful team in this senior vacancy.
This is a full time, permanent position working 42 hours a week on day shifts and the salary is at a competitive rate of £19 per hour. Nurses receive paid breaks and an extra £1 per hour for any hours worked over 37.5 a week.
This equates to a highly competitive annual salary of £41,000 - £43,000
As the role is working 3 shifts one week and 4 the next, you will automatically receive an extra £1 per hour for the 4th shift worked in week 2. The shifts are 8am - 8pm.
There is another Clinical Lead Nurse within the Service and you will be working alternate shifts to this individual.
The Home also offers a £1 taxi service from Redhill station to take Nurses directly to the Home before their shift.
On day shifts, there are subsidised meals available for £1
To apply for this role, we are looking for an RGN Registered Nurse with previous experience working in a supervisory role at Clinical lead / Senior Nurse or Deputy Manager level.
You will be managing a team of Nursing staff and overseeing care within the Home.
You will have the ability to care for patients at all levels of dependency including patients requiring Ventilation, Tractotomy management, care of Central, Peripheral lines, PEG and NG tubes
Neurological Complex care or general neuro experience is advantageous.
