Our Client is a local nursing home provider, catering for the elderly in need of nursing care or suffering from dementia. The company own 15 nursing homes across London, North and South of the river, not only providing realistic and frequent opportunities for progression in the same group, but also providing a commutable home from almost anywhere in Greater London.

We are recruiting for caring, committed Registered Nurses to assist in the day to day care of Elderly residents at a nursing home in Romford. The company take real pride in developing their staff into managers and provide clinical and management training to assist in this development.
Their Registered Nurses are guaranteed clinical autonomy, CPD and career progression. Successful applicants will receive support in building upon their clinical skills as well as every opportunity to develop their people management experience.
Under the guidance of a Deputy Manager/senior clinical staff you will have responsibility for:

Directing and supervising a care team to achieve the highest all-round standards.
