I am looking for Nurses who possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Location: Kent - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park
Salary: £26,000- £32,000 per annum / £13.33 - £16.40 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (Negotiable DOE)
Bonus: Annual bonus provided.
Hours: Full Time - 37.5
Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to work within an Outpatient Department. As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing and ensuring excellent care and support for all patients. You will be responsible to the Outpatient Manager You will be responsible and accountable for their own practice within the clinical area and for delivering a quality service always and will be expected to participate in implementing and evaluating change using current research, audit and experience. Developing operational procedures and policies to ensure the most efficient patient pathways. Maintaining accurate patient records.
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Registered Nurse within Outpatients to possess experience within Outpatients. To apply for this role you must hold a valid NMC PIN with no restrictions and a clear DBS check. The usual pattern of work is Monday to Friday. Proficient at calculating drug doses. Ability to present articulate reasoned discussion. Ability to problem solve. Evidence of personal and professional development. Up to date sound clinical knowledge.
