Key Details: I am recruiting for a Registered Nurse who has the ability and experience to lead a team within the Inpatient Ward. You will join a dynamic and expanding team within a Private Hospital located in North London.

Location: North East London- within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park
Salary: £29,000- £35,000 per annum / £14.87 - £17.94 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.
Bonus: Annual bonus provided.
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 Hours

Further Details about the role I am looking to recruit a Registered Nurse who will take the post of Team Leader within the Inpatients department. The successful post holder will be designated to take charge of the department in the absence of the Inpatient Manager and/or Deputy Inpatient Manager. To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programs of care. A clinically focused team leader who can work in pre assessment clinic, minor operations, phlebotomy clinic and Nurse led clinic. Teaching and mentoring all grades of staff. Act as a role model within the multi-disciplinary team. To be responsible for the admission of any new patient to the center including establishment of a good mutual relationship completing all relevant documentation - identify and introduce named nurse/key worker. To liaise with members of the medical and associated professions and ensure that prescribed or recommended treatment is carried out
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Registered Nurse Team Leader of Inpatient Department you must possess experience within Inpatients and be an effective shift leader. Current NMC Registration without restrictions is a must without restrictions. The usual pattern of work is Monday to Friday. Proficient at calculating drug doses. Ability to present articulate reasoned discussion. Ability to problem solve. Evidence of personal and professional development. Up to date sound clinical knowledge.
