We are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN/ RNLD ) to work within a stunning new flagship nursing home based in Chester, Cheshire. This care home has been specifically designed with the residents' needs in mind; they have a bright, airy spaces as well as a cinema room, hair salon and a sensory garden. They provide palliative, nursing, residential, dementia care and respite care for elderly residents and those with dementia. Staff morale is very high and there is a very welcoming atmosphere to the home.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and modern nursing home and make a real difference to the patients' lives. The home manager is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD all considered). Previous management experience is essential for this position. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC and be eligible to work in the UK.
