Deputy Theatre Manager
Salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Our client is actively looking for an experienced Deputy Theatre Manager, used to working in a busy operating environment, looking for a new challenge. They have an opportunity in the theatres team for a Deputy Manager to assist in the management of Theatres, Endoscopy, and Recovery.
You will provide day to day operational management and functional control of the perioperative environment (including sterile services) in support of the Theatre Manager and, supported by the Departmental Perioperative Team Leaders, in a safe, efficient and financially successful manner while maximising theatre utilisation.
Wou bill also be required to support the Theatre Manager in ensuring that the perioperative teams deliver effective patient care by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership, within available resources and budgetary objectives.
Ideally to be considered for this role, you must have 3 years post qualification (HCPC or NMC) experience, and already worked in a Deputy Manager position.
