Deputy Manager, Registered Nurse Qualified – Private Nursing Home

Salary Offered: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are looking to recruit a deputy manager to work alongside our nursing home manager within a busy nursing home environment located in Leeds, West Yorkshire
The nursing home enjoys and excellent reputation for quality of care with the local community, CQC and local services. The nursing home is classed as medium in size, catering for elderly general nursing and a dedicated dementia care unit.
As a deputy manager you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the clinical services while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the nursing home manager.

The role of deputy manager requires you to have a current *NMC registration.
This position will include supernumerary hours; lead nursing and home management in the absence of the home manager.
