Package Details: £110,000 - £120,000 p/a + Car & Fuel Allowance + PMI + Other Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday - No Evenings / Weekends)

Raisly Health are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Physician. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Physician to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.
You will undertake a range of services including weekly clinics providing the following services: Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Pre-Employment Assessments.
You will report directly to the Medical Director and assist them in shaping the service provision for the future.
Your role includes improving quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, service modernisation, cost reduction programme & governance and risk.
You will act as a consultant and support, develop & advise the clinical staff for nominated clients.
A valid GMC registration.
Ideally a FFOM, MFOM or AFOM but strong experience can also be considered.
Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Physician.
A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
A valid Full UK driving licence.
Salary £110,000 - £120,000 per annum.
