    Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit an enthusiastic RMN or RNLD to work in a busy 41 bed Independent Mental Health Hospital based in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be working for a company that is passionate about providing the best care within one of their new hospital facilities.

    The Client:

    Our client is a specialist is an Independent Hospital with 41 beds for men across 3 units. It provides needs-led services for people with functional or organic diagnoses on an informal or detained basis. Units are split into groups for working age and older adults. All of the bedrooms are single rooms with en-suite facilities; each of the three units has spacious shared lounge, and dining areas. You will be joining an excellent and ever expanding team. The hospital proudly presents a new, high quality refurb for their patients and staff alike.

    The Role:

    • We are seeking an RMN full time 40 hours per week working days, nights and weekends. You will be responsible for making sure every resident's psychological, physical and social needs are met.
    • As an RMN or RNLD, you will provide in-depth expertise in mental health- as well as providing leadership to a multi-disciplinary shift team comprising everyone from Student Nurses to Carers.
    • Our client is looking for someone who work to the highest clinical standards and on your person-cantered, thoughtful approach to nursing.
    • Whether you are making sure, a new resident is settling in, developing a tailored care plan that takes care of both mind and body, providing medication safely, keeping scrupulous records or carrying out a whole range of clinical tasks, you will meet the highest standards. As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health - RMN /RNLD), you will need to have:

    The Candidate:

    • Current NMC registration
    • The most up to date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia.
    • You will also need experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
    • Plus an understanding of regulatory frameworks, as well as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
