SYK Recruitment Specialists are currently working with a leading private healthcare group to recruit an experienced Sister or Charge Nurse to provide effective clinical leadership to the Surgical and HDU Ward in their Watford hospital.

As Ward Sister, you will provide leadership and direction to clinical and non-clinical teams within the ward, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction through effective planning, management and delivery of care.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN
• Proven experience in both HDU and surgical ward environments, ideally at a senior level
• Experienced providing clinical leadership and direction to a nursing team and mentoring junior staff
• Have completed/or currently undertaking a recognised qualification in a clinical specialism
As Ward Sister, you will work 37.5 hours per week, with day and night shifts required on an internal rotation.
The competitive annual salary available is Band 6 equivalent, and in the region of £32,000 to £36,000 depending on experience, and the following company benefits are also available:
