An excellent opportunity has arisen within a state of the art private hospital in Croydon for an experienced Nurse Manager to work as Matron/Clinical Services Lead, providing clinical leadership and operational management throughout the hospital.
Clinical Services Lead, you will take the lead on clinical strategies within the hospital, supporting the business strategy and ensuring a cost effective, patient focused service and ensuring a cost-efficient service is maintained with no compromise on quality of care.
Applicants for this Matron/ Clinical Services Lead position should meet the following specification:
• Level 1 Adult Nurse (RGN) with up to date NMC registration
• Extensive experience in complex surgical services and paediatrics
• Proven experience as a Clinical Head of Department, demonstrating confidence and competence in providing clinical leadership and line management
• Experienced in managing budgets, resources and performance
This is a full-time position with a 37.5 hour working week which will predominantly be day shifts, although in this senior position a degree of flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the hospital.
The hospital is offering an excellent annual salary in the region of £45,000 to £50,000 in addition to the following staff benefits:
