Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join the team in the beautiful setting of Chester. Reporting to the Registered Care Manager, the Deputy will be responsible for assisting the Care Manager to deliver high quality nursing and care of our residents. The successful candidate will monitor the performance of staff, ensuring additional training and support is provided where necessary. The Deputy will also be responsible for ensuring that good relationships are built and maintained with residents, families and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Site based in Chester - No external travel required.
Deputy Manager, RGN or RMN will be based on a single site, this is not a peripatetic position and there is no requirement for you to travel as part of this role.
Full time permanent position available, 42 hours per week

Salary £16.50 per hour + benefits + training & development.
