    Job Title: Home Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD qualified)

    Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire

    Salary: £35,000- £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) + excellent benefits

    Services: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Waterlooville. This warm and homely service is passionate about providing high quality care to the residents. This fresh and modern nursing home offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for the residents, their families and the staff at the home. The home is ideally situated in Waterlooville and is close to public transport links, local shops and amenities. The healthcare team are passionate about the quality of person centred care that they provide and the service requires a like-minded Home Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the friendly team.

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their fantastic nursing homes in Waterlooville. This service provides care to elderly residents with a range of physical disabilities, as well as specialised dementia care. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. As a Home Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) you will be required to manage healthcare staff and work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the home and highest quality of care is provided at all times.

    Person Specification: All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in, as well as experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
