We are seeking a driven and strategic Clinical Manager to join our team and drive developments across 2 of our clients MH hospitals.
The service provisions cover male acute and PICU combined with an older male locked service for individuals who present behavioural challenges. We also provide a community rehab service for men, which is focused on preparing service users for discharge using a recovery focused model.
Our client is seeking an exceptional mental health nurse who has over 3 years middle management experience and the ability to provide clinical and managerial guidance for our nursing services across 2 sites. You will hold responsibility for the clinical management of all service provision across our sites, which includes 3 wards a Therapy Team, Mental Health Act Office and Ward Doctors.
You will offer guidance and support to the Wards and Unit Managers, oversee and manage budgets and service contracts. Proven success of managing change, implementing leadership initiatives and proficiency in motivating and developing staff are key attributes for our new team member.
As part of our the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the Hospital Manager to create and deliver service improvement strategies. You will also take responsibility for complaints and investigations, providing timely and effective resolutions acting as the Investigating Officer. You will also take the lead on Clinical Audits and our governance agenda utilising strong analytical skills and the support of our data analysts to recognise and identify trends.
