Package Details: £110,000 - £120,000 p/a (Pro Rata) + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: 22.5 Hours Per Week (Part Time, 3 Days Per Week)
Raisly Health are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Physician. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Physician to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health and Well-being Service and play a key role in the ongoing development of our company and service provision for their clients. This role has key interaction with key clients and the candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services to these clients.
You will be expected to deal with Occupational Health issues for employers from pre-employment through sickness and absence management to ill health retirement, as well as provide clinical and medical advice. You will undertake predominantly management referrals and conduct clinical assessments such as absence and rehabilitation medical assessments, health surveillance and pre-employment medical's. In this Occupational Health Physician role, you will also offer strategic support for health promotion and wellness when required.
A valid GMC.
Ideally a FFOM or MFOM but strong experience can be considered.
Able to work as an autonomous Occupational Health Physician.
A good team player who possesses strong relationship building skills.
