Deputy Outpatients Nurse Manager

We are seeking a capable and dynamic Deputy Ward Manager to lead the Outpatients team at our client's acute hospital site, located in leafy suburban surroundings in Buckhurst Hill, Essex , on the Central tube line and on the edge of Epping Forest .
Our client is a large key provider of independent healthcare in the UK; working with some of the Home Counties' top consultant surgeons and other healthcare specialists, this centre of excellence offers outstanding Acute and Critical Surgical care, supported by Nurses recruited to a high standard.
The successful candidate will maintain accurate patient records, completing documentation to ensure seamless multidisciplinary communication.
Registered Nurse with full NMC registration
Extensive Surgical and/or Outpatient Unit experience with at least three years as a Senior Staff Nurse.
Completion of a recognised Teaching and Assessing/Mentorship qualification.
Able to make balanced judgements involving complex facts and situations.
