Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust is responsible for providing community health services across the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond-upon-Thames.
This service allows the NHS to release patients out of hospital quickly and to provide care to house-bound patients. Involves: palliative care, wound management, medication support, catheter and continence care, and to assess patients' needs for equipment provision. Patients may be acutely unwell, have a long term condition or require intensive and technological care.
Great working hours:
7am - 3.30pm
8am - 4.30pm
11am - 7pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering community nursing – new nurses will receive a lot of support and be able to shadow community nurses for up to 6 months so that they are confident to work independently. Also, learning and development opportunities are available: Community Nursing Leadership and Management Essentials programmes.
Located in the beautiful area of south west London with train and tube links to take you into central London.
